Knowledge Counts Information

Knowledge Counts provides a tuition-based summer school program. We welcome all students who are currently enrolled in grades eight through twelve who meet the prerequisites for acceleration or students in grades nine through twelve who need to retake a class in which they received a D or F grade. The Las Virgenes Unified School District accepts our courses for academic credit toward the Las Virgenes high school diploma. Students from other districts or schools are responsible for ascertaining if courses will be accepted for credit towards their high school graduation requirements. Our summer school courses have been approved by the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) as meeting the requirements for establishing the initial-eligibility certification status for high school student-athletes wishing to compete in college. Please visit the NCAA website and enter Knowledge Counts as the school name to review the list of approved courses. Our NCAA high school code is 850567.
