Knowable Me is a social enterprise that helps organisations design better products, services, and experiences by listening to people who experience barriers. We work with people whose needs, bodies, senses, cognition, access requirements, or life circumstances mean products and systems don’t always work as intended. These are the customers most often missed by mainstream research, and the ones who reveal risks, friction, and opportunities others never see. We combine lived experience with robust data through surveys, interviews, testing, and co-design, giving decision-makers insight they can actually use. Early enough to shape design. Early enough to change outcomes. Our work supports better business decisions, stronger experiences, and systems that work for more people.
