Knowable Me is a social enterprise that helps organisations design better products, services and experiences by asking better questions of people most research misses. Our members include people whose needs, bodies, senses, cognition, access requirements or life circumstances mean products, services and systems do not always work as intended. They are often the people who reveal risks, friction and opportunities that standard research can easily overlook. We combine lived experience with robust data through surveys, interviews, testing and co-design, giving decision-makers insight they can use before decisions are locked in. Early enough to shape design. Early enough to change outcomes. Our work supports better business decisions, stronger experiences and systems that work for more people.
