Know Your Purpose Information

Our purpose is to inspire teenagers to recognise their unique strengths and passion and find game changing ways to make a positive difference for themselves and others. By working together we will interrupt the conversation around self-doubt, failure and anxiety. Our core programme is a transformational, fun-packed, 2-day event where teenagers discover their true strengths and natural path to success. They will leave the programme knowing what makes them unique, how their uniqueness adds value to others and with greater confidence and clarity around their way forward. The first day focuses on self-awareness. Teenagers will: - Identify their strengths using one of the world's leading profile tests for young people - Participate in team challenges and experience how they add value - Explore how they each learn differently and the importance of resilience - Identify what they are most passionate about The 2nd day focuses on making a difference. Teenagers will: - Explore the importance of mindset - Explore current and future trends and discuss the impact on jobs - Create goals for the next year taking into account their individual strengths, passions and purpose - Pitch their ideas for a product or service that aligns with at least one of the UN Global Goals. They can then choose to pursue this as a community-based project after the programme, supported by business mentors. Individual debriefs are provided to each teenager after the programme.
