Know My Impact Information

WHAT I DO I engage people in a collaborative process to understand their personal brand, presence and impact on people and in business. My proprietary IMPACT Personal Branding Experience™ is a unique experience that helps you understand and leverage what you are known for (your personal brand) and what happens because of you (your impact) with best-in-class materials that tell a compelling story. The process leverages feedback from people whose opinions matter and aligns it with your own opinion and perception of yourself to get to the important third perspective: what people who do not know you, need to know. FOR WHOM This process is for people seeking leadership or executive development support in (or transitioning to) leadership roles, starting or building a consulting or professional services business, or considering an executive transition or corporate board role. THE IMPACT Clients gain awareness and are more intentional in how their personal brand comes to life and delivers a message and impact via their presence and in everything they say. write and do. If you seek to be more articulate in sharing "what you are known for" and "what happens because of you™" and in answering "tell me about yourself" in search materials, business communications, LinkedIn profile and company page, and in board and executive bios and more, this process is for you. SMALL BUSINESS BRANDING The IMPACT Business Brand Experience™ helps you get clear and focused in differentiating your business and the value it delivers from naming the business to high-impact messaging that is brought to life on LinkedIn and other materials. WORKSHOPS, KEYNOTES & LEARNING EXPERIENCES I facilitate public and private learning and development experiences in corporate and executive education environments. I have proudly served as an adjunct facilitator for HIRED since 2009 and The Wharton School Executive Education Women on Boards program since 2021. For more information: kathleen@knowmyimpact.com
