BAUHAUS har idag ca 3000 anställda i Sverige och 24 varuhus från Umeå i norr till Malmö i söder. Vi erbjuder en kreativ arbetsplats med stora utvecklingsmöjligheter, bland annat genom vårt talangprogram för att främja en intern karriär såväl i Sverige som utomlands då vi idag finns i 19 länder. Ungdomar bygger Sverige underifrån och vi vill bidra till att ungdomar mår bra och själva kan göra gott för andra. Idag ser vi att psykisk ohälsa ökar bland unga i Sverige och vi vill vara med om att vända den trenden genom många initiativ som inspirerar till en aktiv livsstil. Genom vårt samarbete med Tim Bergling Foundation så arbetar vi för att bidra till ett aktivt stöd till ungdomar som inte mår bra. Vi har även ett tydligt uppdrag att öka fokus på psykisk hälsa internt vilket vi gör genom utbildningar, föreläsningar och andra stödfunktioner för våra medarbetare, så som annonyma, kostnadsfria psykologsamtal för den som har behov av samtalsstöd. Det är viktigt för oss att vara en bra arbetsgivare och att erbjuda våra medarbetare en sund arbetsplats med goda karriärmöjligheter. Det är inte bara BAUHAUS eller ungdomar som bygger Sverige. Det gör vi alla tillsammans!

Byggmax Group consists of Byggmax, Skånska Byggvaror, and Buildor. Byggmax was founded in 1993 and consists of both the complete store assortment as well as an extensive range of online-exclusive products. Byggmax stores are located close to the customers homes and are equipped with a drive-in system enabling easy shopping, including the loading of products directly onto the customers vehicles. Byggmax is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Kährs is still based in the town of Nybro, deep in the heart of a Swedish forest, where our company was born in 1857. The flooring knowledge we have accumulated over the years has been passed down from generation to generation. Since the beginning, we've approached everything we do with a commitment to sustainability, from our replanting strategy to our water treatment to our use of wood waste to heat the surrounding town of Nybro. We are constantly discussing new ideas how to improve our floors. At work, we are trying, testing and eventually succeeding. But the goal is always the same: how to find ways to make our floors even better looking, stronger, easier to install and more sustainable.
