K&M Energy Services Information

K&M specializes in water hauling for: well enhancements, frac-jobs, filling pits, servicing drill rigs, kill work dust control, pit control, production water, and flow back work. We have an extensive network of leasers in place so that even the largest jobs in our service areas can be covered efficiently. K&M can work around the clock and has crews set up on rotating shifts to accommodate those long jobs and yet stay DOT compliant. We have the ability to shift change on site with our crew van so time is not lost if the client needs us there. K&M Energy Services provides housing in Wyoming for our employee's while they are on shift. K&M Energy Services, Inc. is a safety oriented company and is enrolled in IsNetworld and PEC Premier for our clients to see our current safety statistics and look at our policies and procedures. We have a full time safety director to ensure that our training is up to date. He is an OSHA Outreach Construction trainer, PEC Safeland/Safegulf trainer, MSHA certified trainer and a Wyoming state certified Mine foreman. Our drivers all have OSHA-10 construction training and H2S awareness training. We also provide monthly safety training for all employees. In 2011 we had no recordable injuries or illnesses and no lost time accidents. Our truck pushers all have OSHA-30 construction training along with drug and alcohol awareness training. They work in the field with our crews to provide the leadership and communication necessary by conducting JSA and tailgate safety meetings to ensure the successful completion of the tasks at hand.
