Klyr is an AI consulting and build practice for Australian service businesses. Trades, joinery, brokerages, clinics, agencies, training organisations and property developers. Most owners already know AI could take work off their plate. The hard part is having someone actually come in and build it. That is what we do. How an engagement runs: 1. Discovery. We sit with you or your team, walk through the week, and find the jobs that are repetitive, slow or keep falling through the cracks. Quoting, scopes of work, reports, client follow-up, admin, filing. 2. Roadmap. You get a plain-language plan of what to build first, what it replaces, and what it will do for the business. No jargon, no technical spec you need a developer to read. 3. Build. We build it using Claude as the primary tool, plus n8n, GoHighLevel and whatever your business already runs on. Quote builders, scope of works editors, report drafting, CRM sync, lead follow-up, document filing, custom internal tools. 4. Handover. We set it up so your team runs it without us. Claude drafts, you approve. We also run Claude setups for owners and teams who want to use it properly day to day, AI training sessions, board and leadership level AI roadmaps, and done-for-you social media for businesses that want to grow their brand. We work remotely and serve clients Australia-wide.
