I would absolutely recommend Klines to all of my family and friends. The customer service was friendly and professional, and our technician was very informative. Your same day service was greatly appreciated. Tom was one of the nicest fellows I have ever met. He mentioned how well he is taken care of by his employer, and that showed in the level of service he provided. Wish I had 20 like him! I appreciated the courteous nature of all staff during our emergency. We will be glad to use Klines in the future should the need arise.
