We are a family-owned business managed by a father and son, supported by our terrific team of experienced staff. In fact, one of our owners will personally inspect your flooded premises because we stand by our work, which is 100% guaranteed. We are not a franchise and we do not sub-contract work to outside suppliers – that’s why we are able to keep our cost estimates competitive. We don’t just dry out your wet carpets, we also dry out the underlying floors, walls and ceilings, leaving the premises structurally safe and free of the health threat and unpleasant smell of mould. We will also do everything else necessary to restore your premises to their pre-flood condition or better. This includes repairing and replacing damaged floors and skirtings, regrouting tiles, replastering and repainting walls and replacing damaged ceilings. There is no job too big or too small for Kleen-Tech, from a small granny flat to 60 rooms in a mid city hotel, and anything in-between. We’re also especially good at the tough flooding clean ups- such as a family home left waterlogged for weeks because the family were on holiday and unaware of the water damage, causing serious problems as floors and walls were badly affected.
