KL Steven offers precision CNC machining of small to medium sized components for various high tech industries that require a high degree of precision and quality control. We specialize in the machining of superalloys such as waspaloy and hastelloy, G10 phenolic. We can machine parts up to 40" x 20" x 16" in our vertical mills and parts with diameters up to 10" and 24" in length on our lathes. Our facility includes 4-axis machining centers and lathes with live tooling to machine parts with complex geometries. Our precision equipment and experienced machinists can meet close work tolerances as tight as .00004" when needed. All material and gauges are fully traceable in accordance with the standards for the industries we serve. We offer certification of all materials and processes, and are ISO 9001: 2008, AS 9100 Rev C (2009), and NADCAP certified. In addition to our milling, drilling, threading, pocketing, profiling, and facing services, we offer many secondary services including grinding, heat treating, plating, welding, and assembly.
