Kitables was born from the discovery that the cost, time, and skill required for people looking to get involved in Do It Yourself (DIY) projects was far too high. Furthermore, many projects require access to costly tools, that most people simply don't have. The Kitables team works to remove these barriers from popular DIY projects by having events called Build n'Brews. They are one hour social gatherings at a Bar, Brewery or Eatery where people come together and build something from start to finish while enjoying our their favorite beverages. We believe: Building is FUN challenge and that everyone has the ability to build (you may just not know it yet!) .That education and potential career paths should not be the only reason to build, and we should focus more on exploration and problem solving. We created Kitables because: We are on a mission to create a world with more builders in it. Chances are you are or know a builder: they are everywhere from your local artist/writer to leading technology entrepreneurs. Builders solve problems; they are creatives, the movers and shakers of this world seeing opportunity where others see none. It is for these reasons the world needs more of them, and for these reasons that we’ve created Kitables.
