The Deparment of Surgery (Kirurgisk Afdeling A) handles the prevention, examination, treatment and control of diseases injuries and congenital malformations in the digestive system, liver, spleen and abdominal wall, where operative interventions are or may become relevant. The department is professionally divided into 4 sections, which deal with the following surgical areas: G0 - Pediatric surgery G1 - Upper Surgical Gastroenterology. G2 - Lower Surgical Gastroenterology G3 - General surgery
