Kira is a set of autonomous, parallelizable blockchain applications within internal hub-spoke architecture, and the first usable interchain exchange that allows trustless cross-chain token transfers and trading. Thanks to a Hybrid consensus of Multi-Bonded Proof of Stake (MBPoS) that provides security and Accountable Proof of Authority (APoA) that provides speed, users can trade in trustless manner while maintaining experience known so far only from centralized exchanges. Internet of Blockchain networks such as Cosmos and Polkadot as well as direct bridges to foreign public and private ledgers enable Kira users access to the variety of markets never reachable in decentralized world before while the Tendermint consensus engine provides an instant finality of all trades allowing market makers and liquidity providers immensely reduce risk while operating their services which results in a way tighter spreads for the end users. Kira’s goal is to become the first usable and truly decentralized interchain exchange, fully owned, governed, managed, protected and operated by the community thus becoming not only borderless and unstoppable but also the core of the new Proof of Stake paradigm which requires permissionless market access in order to sustain its growth.
