Laura is actively involved with leading the successful execution of our search engagements. She also plays a key role in our team’s ongoing quality metrics, professional improvement, and client retention. Together with their experienced partners Teresa Arent and Sue Pardus, they have developed a specialty in helping clients develop and execute successful strategies for growth, acquisition, diversification, or reorganization.
