KIPRED Information

The Kosovar Institute for Policy Research and Development (KIPRED) was founded in 2002 as a non-profit, independent, impartial non-governmental organization. - To conduct and develop independent public policy research in the fields of democratic governance, and regional and international affairs and security; - To influence public policy-making processes; - To build accountable public institutions; - To provide lessons learned in peacekeeping, peace-building, institution-building, post-conflict development and transition; - To provide resources for the development of professional research and quality analysis in public policy and social sciences. KIPRED works on the following core values: the rule of democratic principles; full impartiality; cooperation with public institutions and citizen’s groups that promote democracy; and collaboration with institutions of similar nature, national, regional, and international.
