Kintsugi Hope - Discovering Treasure in Life's Scars Kintsugi Hope exists to facilitate safe and supportive spaces for those struggling with mental and emotional health challenges - By offering a Kintsugi Hope course which can be done in coffee shops, schools, prisons, churches and in homes where people come together and share their common humanity, as we share we begin to heal. - We are producing resources on subjects we don’t always talk about easily Anger, perfectionism, shame, anxiety and depression - Internationally we are wanting to work with people whose mental health has been affected by War, Trauma and poverty particularly within the refugee community, we want to act as an advocate for them in Westminster * In all our projects we want to people with: - No shame and embarrassment for struggling - Increase in self-worth, confidence and well being - A deeper understanding of the reality of God’s love for them - Clear opportunities to receive additional support
