Kingsfield Development was founded by David and Melody Peery with a vision of building for the future. That means taking on local construction and development projects that serve our community while channeling our resources to make a difference globally. RESIDENTIAL EXPERIENCE David has overseen the development and construction of over 30 housing communities and entitled and sold over 1,000 lots in other projects throughout the Inland Empire. Developments have ranged from entry level starter homes in Moreno Valley to high-end second home communities in San Diego and the La Quinta area. COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE In addition to his residential portfolio of projects, David has developed and overseen the development and construction numerous commercial projects including restaurant, church, apartment, general office and specialty projects.
