King’s Court has been a family owned business for over 30 years and in that time we have seen the health and fitness industry evolve from spandex and leg warmers to the intense workout trends of crossfit, insanity and other challenging conditioning workouts. As times have changed we have changed. Our once outdated facility has been transformed through a multi-million dollar renovation into a state-of-the-art health club. As a family owned business we are in constant communication with our members and we value everyone’s thoughts and concerns. We strive to keep our members informed and educated about the latest developments in health and fitness and encourage member input and participation in club events and activities. Since member satisfaction is our number one priority we’re constantly working to improve and meet all of your health club needs. We boast a full weight room and other workout activities that unfurl a panoply of exercising options. Our turf field and basketball court host intense friendly competitions, while the addition of our insanity, zumba, yoga, spin, kickboxing, and sports and conditioning classes make us unique within the industry.
