We guard our reputation for honesty and integrity as jealously as we do our reputation for the quality of our products and the standard of our fitting. Over the years these are the reasons why so many of our customers have become friends and have recommended us to their friends. Indeed, recommendation is our most effective form of advertising. In a market notorious for hard sales techniques, our customers welcome and appreciate the fact that high pressure sales are absolutely forbidden at Kingfisher. We acknowledge that we operate in a highly competitive field that offers the consumer considerable choice. So perhaps our proudest claim is that customers invariably come back to us whenever they have a requirement and our business grows steadily as a result. Whilst our prices are competitive, we do not set out to be the cheapestas with everything, you get what you pay for and nowhere is this truer than with doors, conservatories and windows. What we promise is that we will not cut corners, leave a job until it is completed or fail to respond immediately if a problem occurs after fitting.
