KSYC is a non-profit organization founded to support and inspire the youth to build professional leaders and successful entrepreneurs. In addition to establish a platform to connect youth with officials and organizations. Vision: Being pioneer in motivating and supporting the youth. Mission: Establishing and entrenching the concept of excellence and consolidation of entrepreneurship among the youth, and contributing to build a creative generation of future leaders who will continue achieving progression and prosperity for the country. Strategy: -Guidance: This path provides necessary guidance and support for young generation and helps them achieving their goals. -Development: Related to making efforts towards raising the level of capabilities and skills of young people, which helps them in achieving their own aspirations. -Empowerment: Empowerment path provides an appropriate environment and adequate support to enable young people to ensure the success of their personal and social initiatives. مركز الملك سلمان للشباب مؤسسة خيرية "غير ربحية"، تعمل على دعم الشباب وتهدف إلى إلهام الشباب وتقديم الدعم لهم لبناء قيادات مهنية ورواد أعمال ناجحين، إضافة لخلق منصة لربط الشباب مع المسئولين والمنظمات. ومن المحاور الهامة في المركز نادي الشباب المخصص للندوات واللقاءات، قسم النشر لتحفيز الشباب على نشر إبداعاتهم، والمجلة الشبابية التي تعنى بجميع ما يهم شاب الأعمال من تنمية قدرات وتزويده بالخبرات وبالجديد في التكنولوجيا والمعرفة والأزياء والفنادق وخطوط الطيران وجميع ما يخدم الشباب. كما يحرص القائمون على المركز بمتابعة من رئيس مجلس الأمناء صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز وصاحب السمو الملكي الأمير عبدالله بن بندر بن عبدالعزيز نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز ليكون الأداء الذي يحقق الرسالة المنشودة عبر مجموعة من الأهداف تشمل اكتشاف وتسليط الضوء على شباب الأعمال المبدعين في مختلف المجالات.
