Kinetik-Fitness Information

Ki'netik Fitness is dedicated to the appropriate, safe and effective training of your children! We take the training of you children very seriously. Many of our coaches are Youth Fitness Specialists, certified through the IYCA (International Youth Conditioning Association). We have a great passion for instilling healthy habits into our young clients so they grow up to be healthy, active adults! Youth Fitness classes are designed to improve athleticism while improving body composition and can be equally beneficial for athletes and non-athletes alike. The program works to improve strength, agility, endurance, flexibility, and speed. It's hard work, but we make it fun! We offer seasonal indoor Youth Fitness Classes that consist of four to six week intensive sessions where youth ages 11 - 17 are coached on specific skills primarily, but given an overall fitness base. Past sessions have included Speed & Agility and age-appropriate Strength training, Running Form, Muscular Endurance and Rotation Sports Movements. Our current youth sessions are:Muscular EnduranceThis is a fun and exciting class for boys and girls ages 11 - 17. For four weeks, we will work on the basic foundations of strength and power needed for all organized sports yet equally beneficial for our general fitness youth members as well.
