With the advent of the digital world, today’s youth struggle more with stress and depression caused by school bullies, problems at home, and internal conflicts. At Kinetic Vibez, it’s our mission to create spaces where youth can develop the skills needed to creatively cope with anxiety, sadness, and bullying. Our holistic approach fuses the arts and mindfulness strategies together to empower youth to express themselves in positive and creative ways. Our experienced Yogis, Artist, and Music Producers have been recruited and trained to teach courses in yoga, hip-hop music production, cooking, poetry, and art.
