Kinergy.life Information

Kinergy is a wholistic multi-modality that draws upon tried-and-true practices of physical, mental and spiritual development, combining them into programs relevant to modern day lifestyles. Kinergy integrates the best clinically-validated exercise therapies, both mainstream and alternative, into programs which are compounded from the Western medical and biomechanical sciences of exercise physiology, physical therapy, human movement and fitness conditioning, with Eastern mind/body therapies and martial arts. And there’s more. Physical exercise is only one component of this method. In effect, Kinergy is a multimodal "school for life" program that includes modules on nutrition, ergonomics, motivation, goal setting, developing cognitive skills, relationships, and enhancing awareness. Kinergy goes well beyond symptom alleviation and pain management. It’s about gaining control of your health, faculties and life; it’s about self-mastery; it’s about personal evolution. Whatever your hopes, dreams, desires or goals are, before you can bring them to fruition them you first need to get your act together. And that involves developing yourself - mind, body and soul. What we’re talking about here is self-cultivation and personal evolution - and the best step you can take on the path to coming in to your power is the Kinergy MasterKey program. Kinergy provides you with the tools, knowledge, training, support and motivation to tune up your body, sharpen your mind, revitalise your energy, and put you back in touch with your true self (aka integrity). After that, the world is your oyster.
