Physiofit was founded by Rutgerus Jongbloets in 2002, with the first clinic opening in Raceland, LA. Our Semi-private classes are programmed around the GRAVITY training systems while incorporating computerized Keiser M3 spin bikes, TRX training, Kettlebells, and other functional fitness tools. We have a private consultation room for nutritional coaching, body composition assessments, and goal setting.
