Kin Projects Information

Kin is a collective group of entrepreneurs led by Brian Chua with a commitment of utilising fundamental design principles in creating a model of sustainable residential living. Established in 2017, Kin combines years of experience to build a home which is more sustainable, more responsible and minimal ongoing costs. Central to Kin’s vision of sustainable homes is great design, liveability and integrated technology – A home for today and tomorrow. This forms part of Kin’s 10 year masterplan in reducing the impact of climate change from property.
