kimchi MOM Information

My mom was the inspiration to start this blog. She had dinner ready for our family 5:00 sharp every evening when I was growing up. Now that I am at home with the kids full-time, I want to try to do what my mom did for years. Maybe not get dinner ready by 5:00 sharp, but at least have a home cooked meal on the table! I try to cook with whole foods and make a concerted effort to avoid processed foods. Dinners are usually Korean or Korean-inspired dishes and that is what you’ll see most of time on my blog. But I’ll throw in a surprise every now and then to keep you on your toes! I’m a Korean American mom of two, a wife, a sister, a daughter, a designer, and I eat kimchi with everything.
