MACHINING AND FINISHING Producing high quality turned components from a wide variety of materials such as Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Monel, Aluminium, Brass, Bronze, Nylon, Acetal and other specialist materials on a sub supply basis. We can facilitate a wide variety of surface finishing including heat treatment, electroplating, and Anodising. QUALITY AND SERVICE Our Quality Management System covers every aspect of our operations to ensure a first-class quality product, service and on-time delivery to ISO9001:2015 standard. In-process inspection using SPC and non-contact optical measuring equipment, creating FMEA, Process Capability and full PPAP level 3 where required. VOLUME CAPABILITIES Manufacturing batch volumes from 100 to 100,000 plus pieces ranging from 3mm to 65mm in diameter using the latest sliding head and fixed head CNC machines. Versatility and flexibility for bespoke batch volumes and short notice orders.
