Kiley Partners, Inc. was founded in 1995 as an independent fixed income broker-dealer committed to providing value-oriented solutions and efficient execution of fixed income investments for institutional investors. The company specializes in bonds, including municipal, government, mortgaged-backed, and corporate bonds, and uses this expertise to also find opportunities lower in the capital structure in preferred and common equities. In other words, we recommend equities to clients based on fixed income fundamentals. We also act as an agent or riskless principal in the purchase or sale of securities for registered broker-dealers, municipal securities dealers, and dealer banks. Kiley Partners, Inc. specializes in selling and trading undervalued bonds, both investment grade and high yield, in the corporate, government and municipal bond markets, and uses knowledge in these securities to move down the capital structure to find undervalued preferred and common stock investments as well.
