KikiLabs builds foundation models of consumer behavior. Enterprises still fund launches, pricing, and portfolio moves on assumed future response. Surveys and panels measure what people said, or what they did last time. They cannot simulate what happens when claim, pack, price, and context move together. We calibrate consumer twins on each enterprise's own data, then grade them against held-out outcomes. The say-do gap is modeled, not assumed away. The same population is simulated across three layers: Individual. One consumer, one scenario: consideration, choice, and what drove it. Social. A multi-agent environment where one consumer's choice can move the next: peer influence, diffusion, cascades. Longitudinal. The same consumers over time: trial, repeat, churn, switching, habit. Once that model exists inside an enterprise, every decision that depends on consumer response is simulated through it before commitment.
