Processing Efficiency: Process at pressures up to 10,000psi. Operator has complete control of thermal zones and flow rates. PLC controlled locking mechanisms allow emptying/reloading of one extraction vessel while the other extraction vessel is in operation. Extraction vessels extend and rotate (90 degree) for maximum operator safety and efficiency during load/unload. “Lights Out” Automation: No manual valves. No tools required to load and run the system. PLC controlled management of all clamping/sealing processes (patent pending). Select your recipe and let the system run.
