Kickback Kitchens provide ‘Contribute what you can’ meals, from and for the whole community. Made using ‘lost’ ingredients and prepared in underused neighbourhood kitchen spaces, to sustain resilient communities. Our mission is to provide: • good food that fits complex lives, made from circular economy ingredients. • through a 'plug-n-play, financially self-sustaining food service run by local community organisations. • to create resilient communities by building the social economy through local food wealth redistribution.
