Our Enhanced Due Diligence service to identify deceased individuals in your Return to Sender mail list allows companies to proactively address their interests of their customer's holdings. We also provide services that assure property managers that incidents of loud noise will be addressed when they occur and that we will be maintaining a history of noise levels that property managers can reference should they find themselves facing complaints from their homeowner association about allegations of disruptive behavior of their tenants. We are now spearheading development of an educational robotics initiative, designing affordable STEM robotic kits that teach IoT, data analytics, and AI fundamentals through hands-on experimentation.
