The definition of the Khartoum Stock Exchange as referred to in Article (3) of Chapter One of the Khartoum Stock Exchange Law of 2016 means the entity established under the provisions of Article (5) of Chapter Two of the aforementioned law, which defines Khartoum Stock Exchange as The establishment that regulates and controls the securities through which the issuance of securities (primary market) and the trading of securities and dealing in the Sudan (secondary market).
