Khalibre helps organisations move from paper to digital without the cost and risk of a huge IT project. We've been doing this since 2010 from our base in Phnom Penh, for SMEs, government ministries and state enterprises in Cambodia and across emerging markets. Most organisations we meet don't need another big system. They need approvals that don't sit on someone's desk for a week, and staff who can find what they need when they need it. So we start small and build from there once it works. What we do: Digital workplace and learning: intranets, knowledge hubs and training that happens while people work. Paper to digital: forms and approval workflows that fit how your organisation actually runs, with paper kept where it's still needed. Analytics and integrations: one reliable view of your data, connected to the systems you already have. Cybersecurity: affordable multi-factor and passwordless login, including sign-in through Telegram. Everything runs on one platform built on Liferay and open standards, so you're never locked into a single vendor. Our Khmer and international team has delivered projects for Cambodian universities, nursing training centres and one of Cambodia's largest state utilities. Khalibre is a social enterprise. We train and employ young Cambodian technologists, and we measure success by the lasting difference our work makes.
