The Keystone Hops are an AHA-registered club of new and experienced homebrewers based in Montgomeryville, PA. It's members are always ready to share expert brewing advice as well as samples of their beer, mead, cider, and wine. The club comes together for frequent events including barrel brews, brew days at professional facilities, and the signature event - The War of the Worts. Held every February, War of the Worts has become the east coast's largest homebrew competition and has been an annual tradition for 20 years! Club meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month at 7pm at Keystone Homebrew Supply . Anyone is welcome to join in as members share the fruits of their labors. Brewers young and old, expert and novice bring their masterpieces to be marveled at and their disappointments to be diagnosed. Recipes, tips, and tall tales are passed around with excellent homebrew. In addition, an informal club competition is held each month where members enter their finest brews for a chance at winning the year-long championship. Bring a bottle or five and join in!
