Keystone BioInsights believes that one of the biggest challenges in modern drug discovery is no longer generating data. It is transforming fragmented scientific information into clear decisions. Keystone helps drug discovery organizations assemble scientific evidence they can evaluate and use. Our first focus is therapeutic antibody evidence: selected United States antibody patent-family projects that retrieve and reconcile related documents, organize supported antibody entities and sequences, and apply expert scientific review. We are developing ARCH, an antibody research platform built around a patent-first, entity-centered approach. ARCH begins by distinguishing claims-defined antibodies from patent-disclosed antibodies while preserving sequence pairing, target context, and source evidence. Keystone is expanding ARCH to connect discovery, functional, structural, and development context. Keystone is also conducting customer research on where evidence-gathering work creates delay, uncertainty, or unnecessary cost in drug discovery programs.
