At Keye Coaching, I help teens and families navigate one of the most difficult challenges of modern life: bullying. Whether it happens in school hallways, on social media, or in communities like Short Hills, Greenwich, Winnetka, and Highland Park, bullying leaves scars that affect confidence, communication, and family harmony. I provide private anti-bullying coaching for teens who are shutting down, avoiding communication, or too scared to speak up. Many parents come to me because their child locks themselves in their room, avoids talking, or feels misunderstood at home. My role is to create a safe, structured, and confidential space where teens can open up, manage emotions, and rebuild resilience. Parents also play a vital role. I support families who feel frustrated, disconnected, or “on a different wavelength” with their teen. Together, we create strategies for better communication, stronger trust, and effective support at home. Some families invest in therapy but see little progress because their teen isn’t telling the full story. My coaching bridges that gap with personalized, practical solutions that work inside and outside sessions. Keye Coaching is not one-size-fits-all.
