Key Transitions is an individualized, adolescent and young adult transition-focused company. Our programs, Key Mentoring and Key Housing, are designed for the individual who struggles with behavioral, mental health, and substance use issues. KEY HOUSING: Key Housing is a transitional living program for male teens ages 14-17 years old. The Key House is a structured life-skills and academic focused home for males who struggle with behavioral, mental health, and/or failure to launch issues. Our residents focus on goal setting, academic enrichment activities, social skills and emotional awareness. KEY MENTORING: Key Mentoring helps individuals find purpose, cultivate community, and ignite their independence. Clients learn to embrace and internalize a healthy lifestyle while developing a deep rooted motivation for continued personal growth. Our mentors are individually chosen for our clients based on specializations, relational ability, and communication styles. Client Profile: Males and Females 13 – 30 Providing continuity and clear expectations among all support systems is a priority for Key Mentor programming. All mentors support case management and aide in weekly collaboration with a client’s external clinical support. Upon enrollment, the client’s track will be assigned and customized.
