Keston Law is a boutique law firm in the practice of elder law, estate planning and asset protection in Wilmington, NC. We encourage our clients to do "Life Care Planning" by integrating their goals and needs regarding their plans for long-term care and the disposition of their assets upon their death. In so doing we are helping them protect their assets, retain control over their assets and lives to the fullest extent, protect their families and fulfill their wishes regarding who will receive what and when.
