Kentucky Center for Performance Excellence (KyCPE) Information

KyCPE promotes the Baldrige Excellence Framework in Kentucky. The Criteria comprise questions surrounding seven areas of organizational operations - answering the questions helps organizations better understand and satisfy their customers, students, patients, stakeholders, and workforces. The Criteria are based upon proven organizational concepts, are systematic, and are fact and results-based. The Criteria are introduced to organizations through the 4-tiered award process. KyCPE also consults with organizations to improve processes, save money, and increase income. In 2018, we introduced a new consulting service addressing school district transportation costs. All our consulting work is paid for on a results-based framework - we are paid a percentage of actual savings/increased revenue.
