Kempf Construction is a Sioux Falls based and family-run company founded by owner Don Kempf in 1977. He started the company with a determination to work for himself, and through the years he acquired extensive project management experience, a large heavy equipment fleet, and fantastic personnel. Don's son, Micah Kempf, runs the company with his father and has for many years. Most of our employees have been with Kempf Construction for many years and we have very little turn-over of our full time employees. We are licensed contractors in South Dakota, holding certificates or obtaining permits for all the services we provide.
