Kemper System is a leading manufacturer of cold liquid-applied resin systems for plaza waterproofing, green roofing, cool roofing, roof recoveries, historic restoration, and waterproofing of balconies, terraces, gutters, flashings, as well as vehicular and pedestrian surfaces. Kemper System focuses on state‐of‐the‐art products with a significant content of renewable resources. They provide a range for odor-free and solvent-free products which are safe during application on occupied buildings or in densely populated areas such as urban centers. Kemper System waterproofing systems are FLL approved and ideally suited for vegetated roof assemblies. In addition, Kemper System provides 6 CRRC-approved reflective color coatings to support LEED projects. Kemper System membranes are trusted to protect some of the most prominent buildings in the United States, including the US Capitol Dome, the Empire State Building, Fenway Park, Madison Square Garden, and the Woodruff High Museum of Art.
