Kelley, Wolter & Scott, P.A. has earned a national reputation for successfully handling a wide variety of white-collar defense and complex civil litigation cases. Our practice includes representing health care providers in qui tam criminal litigation, as well as representing plaintiffs in ERISA, securities litigation and class-action lawsuits. The backgrounds of our attorneys and investigators is very unique. All of our partners came to the firm with extensive experience working for the United States Government and have been involved in complex economic investigations, both criminal and civil in nature. The firm is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and is comprised of several lawyers and in-house investigators.
