Aftter a decade in solo practice, Richard Keifer, prides himself in providing large firm performance with the personal touch that is distinctly small firm. His practice consists primarily of representing individuals, small businesses, lenders and leasing companies in both transactions and litigation. Mr. Keifer is particularly experienced in equipment leasing. He has been a presenter of a continuing legal education seminar titled "Equipment Leasing: The nuts and bolts of collection when the deal breaks down." Mr. Keifer received his law degree with honors from the Villanova University School of Law in 1999. He is a member of the Commercial Law League of America, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. He is admitted to practice in both Federal and State Courts in Pennsylvania.
