KEGS Software Information

KEGS (Knowledge Engineering for Geospatial Systems) is a software and database solution that allows project team members to collaborate when developing a oil and gas field, especially complex fields (ie unconventional gas fields with many well heads). Typically project knowledge is spread across the team members and disciplines. KEGS brings this knowledge together into a web and mobile interface with an embedded set of rules, workflows, design tools and automated deliverables such as alignment sheets, material take-offs and cost estimates. Using KEGS, engineers can execute route selection tasks, assign RoW configuration, place fittings, analyse crossings and much more. Through KEGS, ecological and landowner constraints can be maintained and permits managed. KEGS is a single point of truth for the whole team.
