I specialising in residential extensions and new build projects in Surrey and London. I believe in working closely with my clients and developing the brief to the last detail in order to produce a tailor-made design for your home. I am always happy to meet potential clients on site to discuss the project without obligation. Projects range from small traditional or modern extensions to new build properties. I enjoy getting to know clients in order to better understand the project brief. It is essential to fully develop a brief. As part of my services I develop the design in order to meet both your requirements as well as the local council’s planning requirements. I have considerable experience in making planning applications throughout Surrey and London. To assist throughout the technical design and build stages I work closely with other consultants (Structural Engineer, Party Wall Surveyor, Interior Designer, 3D Model, Landscape Architect) which allow for projects to run smoothly through to completion. I can also recommend contractors which I have worked with for several years.
