Kedem – Association for Promoting Senior Housing Communities in Israel – represents and supports over 220 senior communities nationwide, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and independent living residences. Kedem’s vision is to lead the improvement of seniors' quality of life through comprehensive, innovative, and community-based services. Its mission is to promote the well-being of seniors by offering advocacy, policy development, and direct support, ensuring they live with dignity, independence, and respect. Kedem’s key activities include representing seniors’ interests to government and healthcare institutions, providing healthcare consultations, social activities, and educational programs, integrating new technologies such as telemedicine and smart home solutions, and fostering vibrant communities through cultural events and volunteer initiatives
