Kidztrack, an Android app that is designed to track the location of kids travelling in school buses hopes to alleviate the fears, worries, and woes of parents and school administrators. Using GPS coordinates; the mobile app displays the location and time information of school buses in real time on Google Maps. A kid’s pickup/drop-off location and time information can also be accessed using a mobile web browser on any smartphone platform and the same information is also broadcasted to mobile phones through SMS (Short Message Service).
