KDN Group Information

KDN Group is a Canberra owned and based property investment, development and management group with over 40 years of experience. We design, develop, manage and maintain our own assets, so our tenants can get on with their business. In 2003 KDN Group was formed after the completion of The Waterside Apartments in Belconnen. KDN Group is a member of Master Builders Association (MBA) and through association with NDH Property Services, the Property Council of Australia ACT, Green Building Council Australia (GBCA) and Family Business Australia (FBA). KDN Group has over recent years shifted its design and development focus to investments in land, buildings and precincts that can achieve and exceed the economic, environmental as well as community values of the company. Our design and development process is based on reducing the environmental impact of our buildings from the outset. Our buildings have certified Green Star and NABERS ratings and we manage our assets to continually improve their environmental credentials.
