Greg Best started Katleron Construction, Inc. dba KCI Homes in 2002 with a dream of becoming one of Oklahoma Citys finest builders. Our goal from the start was to take ideas from more expensive home and put them into the midsize market. We have been very successful in accomplishing this. Our homes starting in the $220,000s have some of the same amenities that we put in our homes priced at $500,000 and up. Having been awarded several builder awards, Greg continues to pursue his dream of providing quality homes that exceed buyers expectations. Growing up in Midwest City, Greg graduated with an accounting degree from Oklahoma City University. After becoming a CPA and practicing public accounting for a couple of years he decided to follow in his dads footsteps and become an insurance agent and open up his own agency. Upon doing this for several years Greg started to have a new dream of becoming a homebuilder in the Oklahoma City and surrounding area. He currently resides in Norman with his wife Monica. Together they have four children. Two are grown and two attend Christian Heritage Academy. Greg and Monica love serving in their home church, First Southern Baptist Church and help lead a young marrieds Sunday School class.
